Over the years, my path as a holistic health coach has been a tapestry woven with diverse modalities and experiences. What began with a foundation in nutrition has evolved into a multi-faceted practice that combines the wisdom of herbalism, the science of dietary supplementation, and years of integrative coaching. With over a decade under my belt in the health and wellness realm, I’ve pursued continual learning to better serve my clients. Alongside certifications as a Dietary Supplement Specialist and a being a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, I’ve delved deeply into the world of herbalism. Plants hold an incredible power to support the body’s natural healing processes, and incorporating this knowledge into my practice has been transformative for my clients.
Currently, I’m studying iridology, an ancient modality that offers profound insights into overall health by examining patterns and markings in the iris. Each step in my journey reflects a commitment to combining modern science with time-honored wisdom, crafting a truly holistic approach to wellness.
